We received a quote over the phone which was professional with a quick turnaround. We had more items than we expected to junk at the time of the quote and Luis remained professional and got the job done quickly and reasonably priced. I would recommend over and over. Exceptionally responsive, adaptable, reasonable -- just all of the things you want. We're moving and we realized the pile of trash was getting bigger and bigger and becoming unmanageable. Luis came on the SAME DAY, knocked it out quick and for a very reasonable price. We have more stuff to do during the move in a couple days, and we're 100% calling Luis for that! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I will use and recommend Junk RVA service to my family & friends. I did not need to be there for removal. Luis took a picture when it was removed and sent to me. Let me tell you how GREAT this business is...If you dont book these guys, you are missing out. I needed to get rid of some old furniture before I moved and I was stressed about it. I saw the reviews for this place and contacted them last night. In less than 30 minutes, Luis text me for pictures and provided a great estimate/timeframe. Both Luis and Angel showed up earlier than I expected and hauled off my bulky furniture, including a bedframe and 8 ft couch. This was done in very fast timeframe like some Marvel superheroes - it would have taken me all day to do that myself. They are both very respectful and polite. I am working from home and offered to help, but they were like "we got it, keep working". I am so BEYOND GRATEFUL and I will gladly recommend them to anyone that needs service. Luis, you got a customer for life! Posted on Google Nathan Dryden Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Luis and his teammate were polite, professional, and efficient. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. Their excellent service truly brightened a rainy day. I’ll definitely be calling Luis at Junk Squad RVA again next time I need help.
